Lopön Ögyen Ten'dzin Rinpoche
UK 2004

Empowerments & Teachings from the Düd’jom gTér Cycle
October to December 2004

Lopön Ögyen Ten'dzin Rinpoche is a Nyingma Vajrayana master who teaches in English with effortless good humour. He was born into the family lineage of Pema Lingpa and has studied with many of the greatest Lamas of his generation. His heart teacher was Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche (Jig’drèl Yeshé Dorje) until his passing away in 1987.

Rinpoche has devoted his life to realising and passing on these teachings. He served as head of the Nyingma Students Association at the Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies in Varanasi for many years, is founder of the Boddhicitta Foundation, a non-profit aid group in India and is now director of the Lhundrüp Topgyé Ling School in the remote Pemakö region on the border of Tibet and India. This traditional school offers the only educational opportunities in this area and its cultural preservation efforts include the full range of education, arts, ritual, yogic traditions, music, dance and much more.

During this first visit to the United Kingdom, Rinpoche will give teachings and empowerments from the Düd’jom gTér discovered by gTértön Düd’jom Lingpa (1835-1904 - a Ngakpa and member of the White Sangha of non-monastic Vajrayana practitioners). His lineage continued through his incarnation, Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche.

Lopön Ögyen Ten’dzin Rinpoche has kindly offered a rare and wonderful opportunity for practitioners in the United Kingdom to receive these empowerments that are hard to find as well as detailed and extensive teachings.

You can receive close personal instructions in the central profound Düd’jom gTér cycles from this extraordinary and inspiring master over a period of 3 weeks during the Littlebourne Programme. He will also give a series of seven weekly public evening talks as guest of The Buddhist Society in London suitable for anyone interested in Buddhism.
