Annual Trekchőd retreat: March 24-April 1

Lama Tharchin Rinpoche has said that he is planning to teach the Trekchőd retreat as much as his energy and health permit. He wanted to let everyone know that Khenpo Orgyen Thinley Rinpoche has agreed to help teach, should that be necessary. All students who have finished their ngőndro should plan to attend. Please contact the office if you have not attended this annual retreat before as certain restrictions apply.

Shabkar’s Flight of the Garuda will be the basis for this retreat. More info can be found on the  website ( Prices will also be posted shortly. Please note that the retreat will start at 10:00AM on March 24 with tsok, and will end after a 10:00AM tsok session on April 1.

Dream Yoga retreat: May 12-13 Weekend

We are delighted to announce that Khenpo Orgyen Thinley Rinpoche will teach a Dream Yoga weekend in mid-May. Khen Rinpoche’s teachings are practical and to the point. All are welcome to attend the teachings, either in their entirety or per session.

Dream Yoga is an ancient Tibetan Buddhist practice that helps one to attain lucid dreaming and to realize rigpa --- the state of timeless awareness. This luminous awareness can then become present at all times, whether sleeping or awake. More info about the retreat will be available shortly.

There will be two sessions a day: 10:30-12:30 and 2:30-5:00. May 12 is Dakini Day so tsok will be that evening at 7:00PM in the Shrine. All, of course, are welcome.
